Sandra has over 15 years’ experience in the development of sustainability standards and certification strategies for many sectors and businesses.  She is passionate about innovative and outcome focused solutions for development and the creation of vibrant sectors and businesses that respond well to change. She is skilled in network creation, value chain analysis and development, workshop facilitation and research.  Sandra holds a MPhil in Land and Agrarian Reform from the University of the Western Cape.

Marthane has over 10 years’ experience in the research and development of sustainable management practices for agribusinesses and related industries. She is skilled in systematic analysis of complex projects with multiple stakeholders and participatory planning to address specific development needs and challenges. Marthane is an expert facilitator and trainer and can enable human resource development in line with business goals on all levels, from general workers to top management. She also does certification support, conducts research studies and develops businesses for market access.  Marthane holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from University of Stellenbosch.
